The Icelandic Software Testing Qualifications Board (ICE-STQB) is an independent non-profit organization of software testing professionals and people interested in software testing.
ISTQB is the world’s largest software testing professional certification organization, providing exams in over 100 countries. ICE-STQB represents Iceland in the ISTQB community and is responsible for selecting training providers and administering ISTQB exams in Iceland.
ICE-STQB is organizing software testing professionals’ meetups where you can get an opportunity to network with testing colleagues from Iceland.

Our mission is to facilitate a way for software testing professionals in Iceland to organize and administer exams for ISTQB certification and promote the value of software testing as a profession.
ICE-STB is responsible for all areas of ISTQB certification in Iceland, which are mainly:
- Accreditation of course providers, teachers, and course material
- Develop new exam sets for all levels (Foundation, Advanced, and Expert)
- Maintain, and quality assure existing exam sets for all levels
- Administration of ISTQB certification in Iceland
